License Plate Confirmation Labels

Overview

Shipping the right items to your customers is a crucial aspect of day-to-day warehouse operations. Skublox’s License Plate Labels offer a streamlined solution that allows you to greatly improve your sorting and shipping processes. They serve as a form of confirmation that the items in the order have been accurately put together and are ready for shipping, thus adding an additional layer of precision and releasing the slot on your Skublox wall. License plate labels can either be printed from the Skublox Hub, or through Sellercloud’s Skustack and Shipbridge applications.

The most common way to ship your orders after sorting them is by using our Shipbridge application. Shipbridge gives you the ability to ship orders out with unparalleled flexibility. Furthermore, it is fully integrated with Skublox! If you have chosen to print your license plate labels from the Skublox Hub, follow the instructions outlined here to proceed with shipping.

Your barcode type in the Skublox Hub preferences must be set to Confirmation Code.

If you prefer to use Shipbridge to generate license plates and release Skublox slots, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Designate Machine 1 as a “Confirmation Station”

  • Scan all the items for your sorted orders and release the slots on your Skublox wall.
  • After scanning the items, a unique Confirmation Code number will print.

Step 2: Designate Machine 2 as a “Shipping Station”

  • Instead of scanning individual items or order IDs, scan the Confirmation Code printed by Machine 1.
  • After scanning the Confirmation Code, Shipbridge will proceed to print the shipping label.

Scanner Side

Once an order is fully sorted, navigate to Scan and Ship in Shipbridge to release the slot on your Skublox wall and confirm the order is ready to be shipped.
